Structural Integration

Structural Integration, (a.k.a. ©Rolfing) is a bodywork therapy that uses deep tissue manipulation to realign the body’s structure, improve posture, and enhance movement by targeting the fascia, or connective tissue.

Kambô

Kambo is a traditional Amazonian healing ritual that uses the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog. Applied to small burns on the skin, it is believed to detoxify the body and mind, often causing intense physical reactions as part of the purging process.
